Rocky Bay Town is ruled by a mayor chosen by, and usually is one of, the Lords of Rocky Bay Town which collectively serve as a overseeing council.

• Ale Extraordinaire - A tavern specializing in many varieties of ales and beers, including rare Dwarvian and imported ones.
  
  
• Arcania Bank & Trust Office - A small stone building containing a branch office of the Arcania Bank & Trust.
  
  
• Commerce Bank & Trust Office - A small stone building containing a branch office of the Commerce Bank & Trust.
  
  
• Copper & Bronze - A general store.
  
  
• Foodstuff - A store selling various foods.
  
  
• Hardplace Tavern - A tavern, near the piers, catering to sailors with hearty food and ale.
  
  
• Hides & Skins - A store that buys and sells Hides, Furs, Skins, and leather products.
  
  
• Horseshoes & Tools - A blacksmith shop.
  
  
• Lazul's Fine Woods - A store that sells lumber and fine woods.
  
  
• Magical Express Message Office - This small building has a window in the front where messages and small packages are taken to be delivered elsewhere on Trapio Island (and in some cases, beyond).
  
  
• Net & Sail - A store selling fishing and sailing supplies.
  
  
• Nightstop - This inn caters to travelers and has a common area where good inexpensive food is served.
  
  
• Porlas the Weapons Trainer - This building contains the training facility use by Porlas to train students in the use of melee weapons.
  
  
• The Fishy Noodle - This small restaurant serves a variety of fish dishes, mostly stews, pies, or mixed with pasta and vegitables.
  
  
• The Pegasus - This expensive hotel has a number of guest rooms and two public dining rooms.
  
  
• Ryan's Ship Repair - A set of buildings specializing in the repair of damaged ships.
  
  
• Shrine to the Goddess of Luck - A small shrine to the Goddess of Luck.
  
  
• The Quiver - A store that sells bows, arrows, and archery supplies.
  
  
• The Shortstuff Inn - An inn catering to Dwarves.

Other areas of note.

• House of Mending - A stone house with an white upright hand painted on the door, located about a mile from Rocky Bay Town on the trail to Hammerburg, offer various healing services and remedies.
  
  
• Piers - There are a number of piers where ships can be docked and unloaded/loaded.
