Crest

The crest of Hammerburg is a white hammer over a dark grey tower on a blue background.

The townwatch wears a blue armsband with a white hammer in a grey circle on their left arms.

Government

Hammerburg is ruled jointly by three Dwarves, Lord Glock, Lord Jalek, and Lord Taddon, each clanleaders of a powerful Dwarvian clan.

People are expected to respect one another. Lawbreakers tend to get sentences of supervised manual menial labor.

Buildings

Not all buildings are described, if there is a type of place you want to visit, ask around.

• Axes - A shop that sells Axes of all sorts.
  
  
• Arcania Bank & Trust Office - A small stone building containing a branch office of the Arcania Bank & Trust.
  
  
• Big Folk Inn - An inn designed for humans and elves, with taller ceilings and accommodations for larger individuals.
  
  
• Bongor the Furrier - A shop dealing in furs, skins, and hides.
  
  
• Dalen's Gems - A shop dealing in raw & cut gems as well as jewelry.
  
  
• Dirac's Weapon Shop - A shop dealing in weapons of all sorts.
  
  
• Dwarvian Hunters' Guild - A building housing the guild offices of the Dwarvian Hunters' Guild.
  
  
• Enchanted Items - A small shop that deals in enchanted items.
  
  
• Falkon's Metal Supply - A store that sells metal ores, refined metals, and alloys. It is known to stock some of the more exotics ones as well.
  
  
• Fix-it - A shop that specializes in fixing damaged items.
  
  
• Golden Hammer Clan Compound - A cluster of buildings for the Golden Hammer Clan whose clanleader is Lord Glock. Its crest is a gold hammer on a red background.
  
  
• Great Forgers Clan Compound - A cluster of buildings for the Great Forgers Clan whose clanleader is Lord Taddon. Its crest is an Anvil with a silver sword on it on a light blue background.
  
  
• Hammerburg Armory - A large stone building containing the Armory of the town of Hammerburg.
  
  
• Hammerburg Town Hall - A large stone building containing official offices, courts, and meeting halls for the town of Hammerburg.
  
  
• House of Healing - A stone building housing healers of the God of Healing, healing, and recovery rooms.
  
  
• Ionic's Hammers - A shop that sells Hammers of all sorts.
  
  
• Kain's Coopery - A shop that manufactures and sells barrels, casks, etcs.
  
  
• Magical Express Message Office - This small building has a window in the front where messages and small packages are taken to be delivered elsewhere on Trapio Island (and in some cases, beyond).
  
  
• Mighty Axe Clan Compound - A small cluster of buildings for the Mighty Axe Clan. Its crest is a large two-handed Axe on a black background.
  
  
• Mountain Guides & Equipment - This building-cave hybrid with 7' doors houses a mountain guide service and sells equipment suitable for mountain expeditions.
  
  
• Mug n Keg - A tavern.
  
  
• Ponies & Grains - a Stablery that sells and rents ponies and the equipment. It also sells grains suitable for feeding horses and ponies.
  
  
• Qualido's Shipping Service - A large building housing a transport service that ships goods from one place to another.
  
  
• Rover Clan Hall - This large building houses a clan hall for the Rover Clan.
  
  
• Rosin's Herbs - A store dealing in herbs run by the Dwarf Rosin, a ranger-herbalist.
  
  
• Shrine of the God of Mountains - This shrine serves the God of Mountains.
  
  
• Silver Arm Clan Compound - A cluster of buildings for the Silver Arm Clan whose clanleader is Lord Jalek. Its crest is a Silver Gauntlet on a bright green background.
  
  
• Stalwart's Outfitting - This building-cave hybrid houses a large mountaineering and camping supply store.
  
  
• Stout Ale Tavern - This tavern, while built to handle tall folk, serves strong dwarvian ales and is usually filled with dwarves.
  
  
• Temple of the God of Metalwork - This large temple, ornate with engraved stones, is dedicated to the God of Metalwork, depicted here as a Dwarf.
  
  
• The Strong & Stronger - A Dwarvian tavern that sells strong and very strong ales.
  
  
• Udon's Lumber - A store that buys and sells lumber and woods.
  
  
• Vanguard's Virtuous Armors - A shop that sells armors.
  
  
• The Weapon Training Academy - This walled off area contains a compound specializing in Weapons training.
  
  
• The Woodsman's Friend - This shop sells products for the woodsman.

• Hammerblow Falls - A 250 feet tall waterfall located just to the west of Hammerburg.
  
  
• Tunnel to the Mines of Floxdun - A large cave entrance leading to the underground tunnels that lead to the underground Dwarvian Town of Floxdun.
