• Arcania Bank & Trust Office - A small stone building containing a branch office of the Arcania Bank & Trust.
  
  
• Feezor's Fine Fish - A warehouse that buys and sells fish.
  
  
• Magical Express Message Office - This small wooden building has a window in the front where messages and small packages are taken to be delivered elsewhere on Trapio Island (and in some cases, beyond).
  
  
• Qualido's Shipping Service - A building housing a transport service that ships goods from one place to another.
  
  
• Seamaster's Ship Builders - This small complex builds and repair seafaring vessels.
  
  
• Shrine to the Goddess of the Sea - A small shrine to the Goddess of the Sea.
